Recently, I came across a few books about herbs and found this yoni tea recipe that I wanted to share with you. If you are a regular reader of my blog, I talk about yoni eggs from time to time. Now, I wanted to talk about yoni tea. I have been using them for some time now. Lately, I have been trying to learn more about many subjects to expand my knowledge of the natural world around me, one of those subjects has been herbs and which types one can use to heal. I have been visiting my local library and grabbing books on the subject.
Benefits of Yoni Tea
So what are the benefits of drinking yoni tea?
- Strengthens and tones reproductive organs
- Eases menstrual cramps
- Stimulate an overall feeling of well being
Only recently have I had an issue with menstrual cramps, I have been lucky to not experience them so much growing up, but I would like to help strengthen and tone my reproductive organs, in conjunction with using the eggs for daily exercise.
Yoni TeaPrint Recipe
- Red raspberry leaves 2 parts
- Alfalfa 1 part
- Nettle leaf 1 part
- Red Clover 1 parts
- Peppermint 1-2 parts
Dose and use: Pour 1 Cup of hot steaming water over 2-3 teaspoons of dried herbs and steep covered. 5-10 mins. Drink warm or cool.
Can be made into sun or moon tea.
Safe for pregnant/nursing woman Drink several times per week.
