Simple, fresh salad that is easy to make and very refreshing, this spiralized greek salad is a great meal that is so satisfying.
I am totally in love with using this spiralizer, I have been trying to figure out something to do with it. I found some recipes that I went over here, but I found one I really wanted to try. Spiralized greek salad might be my new go-to recipe for a quick and healthy salad option.
The salad was super simple to make, and you can add what you want to it. I do not actually eat a ton of salads. (I know, I am a vegan!). This recipe should help me incorporate a few more vegetables in my diet, and it is raw food friendly.
Spiralized Greek Salad
- Feta cheese/ vegan
- 1 tomato
- ½ cucumber
- ½ lemon
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- pepper/salt to taste
- Spiralize the cucumber first, and lay on a paper towel to get rid of some of the excess juice.
- While that is happening, slice as many tomatoes as you want in your salad, and add your feta.
- To make the dressing combine lemon, olive oil pepper/salt.
- Toss the salad to coat.
